LEAP's Engineer of Record activities include responsibility for all structural aspects of the design of the structure including the design of all of the structure's systems and components. Our structural engineering documents comply with the requirements of the general responsibility rules, Chapter G 15-30, F.A.C.

LEAP Associates International, Inc.'s comprehensive estimates and product take-off, material, labor, hauling and erection have provided precast manufacturers everything they need to know to successfully bid a profitable project. In-depth knowledge of the project allows LEAP to guarantee schedules and allocate the time necessary to complete a project on time. Computerized estimating allows LEAP to prepare each estimate in the same format, with each portion broken down and itemized. No extra forms are required. Data is available. Numbers can be easily stored and recalled for similar projects, saving future estimating times. Computerization of the estimating process eliminates mathematical errors and has saved money for producers who utilize LEAP's services as a double check of their own work.
